What to include

  • Wrong figure: the platform, the setting you chose, the number you saw and the number you expected, plus a link to the official page if you have one. We check it and fix the data file.
  • Tool request: the platform you publish on and the task that slows you down.
  • Bug: the tool name, your browser and what happened.

What we cannot do

We do not give legal, tax or publishing-contract advice, and we cannot fix problems with your account on a publishing platform. For those, contact the platform's own support. Read our disclaimer and editorial policy to see how we work.
