How to use it
Download the sales report from each platform as a CSV file (Excel reports should be saved as CSV first). Add one report at a time. The dashboard adds up units and royalties by platform, by month and by book.
It never converts currencies on its own, because rates change daily. Each currency is totalled separately. Everything stays in your browser and disappears when you close the page, so download the summary if you want to keep it.
Frequently asked questions
Is my sales data private?
Yes. Reports are read in your browser and are not uploaded. The totals disappear when you close the page unless you export them.
Which files can I load?
CSV files from any platform. The tool guesses which columns hold the date, title, units and royalty, and lets you correct the guess before it adds anything up. KDP reports in Excel format should be saved as CSV first.
Why do my totals differ from the platform?
Platforms report in different currencies and at different times. The dashboard never converts currencies, so each currency is totalled separately.
