What we publish
Original, practical articles on self-publishing: pricing, covers, files, descriptions, platform rules and marketing. Aim for 800 to 2,000 words, with a source for any figure or rule you quote.
Rules
- The article must be your own work and must not be published anywhere else.
- Tell us if you used AI tools to help write it. See our editorial policy.
- No promotional copy, affiliate content or unsupported claims.
- We check facts against official platform pages before we publish.
Links
You may include one link to your own website or profile in your author bio. Links inside the article must help the reader and cannot be paid or promotional. Any link we consider commercial is marked rel="sponsored".
Payment and rights
- Guest articles are unpaid.
- You keep the copyright. By sending an article you give us a non-exclusive licence to publish, edit and keep it on the site.
- We may edit for accuracy, style and length, and we may refuse or remove any article without giving a reason.
- Sending an article does not guarantee that it will be published.
